Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original HEST packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
